hehe. for lunch, 2 weeks is enough. for dinner, need to book
2 months ago. really really nice steak! even sides r excellent.
but need about $40-50 per person minimum, i think. if with a
reasonable wine, then prepare around $60.

en, but $20 is tough for most of decent restuarants in french
or italy styles. maybe only order a main dish and forget about
appetizer, disserts, and drinks. if so, try to find one offer
a big plate. :))
